Full service to seaman: we know the way
From the seaman's arrival at the airport to the boarding of his vessel we can take care of all the necessary arrangements. With more then three decades of experience in crew services we provide every assistance a crew member needs when boarding a vessel in Holland. Our meet-and-assist service at Schiphol has presentable and English-speaking hosts, who are easy to recognize, waiting for your crew members to guide them quickly and efficiently through all the required paperwork.
To assist your logistical planning we can provide a realistic timetable for the formalities at Dutch customs. Boers Crew Services also takes care of the ´OK to board´ for airlines when Schiphol is used for the transfer of a seaman. When the seaman arrives at the airport we can arrange the necessary visa within a few hours so he can continue his trip.
We have our own fleet to provide fast customised transport in Holland, be it transport to and from the airport or to and from ports. Should a seaman need any medical assistance we know the way to doctors, dentists and hospitals. Boers Crew Services can also take care of any luggage and mail. And for seaman who need lodging we have our own Seaman's Centre which is ready to receive guests 24 hours a day.
For your officers we take care of endorsements, and make the necessary arrangements for Law Tests. Your officers will be ready to board within one day with their muster-book and endorsement. We also provide logistical assistance for agencies who have a complicated time table because their crews change in several phases, for example with cruise ships.
